Rabbi Chayim Shmuelevitz, Rosh Yeshiva of Mir in Jerusalem, said: "We find that both a lender and the borrower have their obligations. The lender must not pressure the borrower and the borrower must pay back on time. If each one would do everything possible to fulfill his own obligation, all would be well.
